Builder Ke Khilaf RERA Complaint Kab Karein?
Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) buyer ko builder ke khilaf 5 powerful rights deta hai:
- Agreed possession date se delay hone par interest + compensation
- Construction defect hone par 5 saal mein free repair
- Agreement mein jo nahi tha woh extra charge lene par refund
- Project ka RERA registration na hone par penalty
- Project ki actual completion ke baad flat nahi dene par
RERA Complaint File Karne Ka Process
- Sabse pehle check karein: rera.gov.in ya state RERA portal par project registered hai ya nahi
- State RERA portal par jaayein (neeche list hai)
- "File Complaint" option select karein
- Registration karein (buyer ke roop mein)
- Complaint form bharen: Project name, builder details, nature of complaint, relief sought
- Documents upload karein
- Court fee pay karein (Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 depending on state)
