  • Insurance Certificate (Valid)
  • PUC (Pollution Under Control) Certificate (Valid)
  • NOC from Bank (If vehicle had a loan — Hypothecation Removal)

Buyer Ko Dene Wale Documents

  • Form 29 aur Form 30 (Signed by both buyer and seller)
  • Aadhaar Card (Address + Identity Proof)
  • Passport Size Photos: 2
  • New Insurance Policy (In buyer's name)
  • PUC Certificate
  • Sale Deed / Agreement (If any)

RC Transfer Fee

  • Two-Wheeler: Rs. 300 to Rs. 500
  • Four-Wheeler (Private): Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,500
  • Commercial Vehicle: Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 3,000
  • Timeline: 30 to 60 days after application submission at RTO

State-wise Difference in RC Transfer

  • Same State Transfer: Form 29 + 30 sufficient
