- 15 Days: Cheque issuer ke paas 15 din hain payment karne ke liye notice milne ke baad.
- 30 Days: Agar payment nahi karta toh payee 30 din mein Magistrate Court mein complaint file kar sakta hai.
- Court Decision: Dosh sabit hone par — 2 saal jail ya cheque amount ka double fine ya dono.
